All pets, and their owners, new to Sitting Pretty Pet Care go through a “meet and greet” with me to ensure that the pet is a good fit for our environment. In order to schedule your meet and greet, we collect some basic information prior to that meeting, saving us both time.

Before you start, please take a moment to review our policies and pricing – we want to make sure we're the perfect match for your furry family member!

Once you have done so, please complete the Pet Profile Questionnaire below, answering each question as thoroughly as possible. I will review the form and contact you to discuss either making a meet and greet appointment or to refer you for another facility, if needed.
